They called me then hung up when returning the call It says not
in service.....could be telemarketer?

Received two calls today from (780) 737-8989. First call no answer. Second call from Air Miles stating I won a 2000 bonus credit or something but voice was text-to-speech like a robot voice. The recording stated press 1 to claim your credit. I pressed 1 and could here it calling a few times before it disconnected. Im pretty sure they have confirmation my phone number is in use and therefore will sell my number to other scammers and telemarketers. I'm probably screwed now. I never even pick up unknown numbers and let it go to voicemail but I just got off the phone and immediately answered without thinking.

Its an Air Miles call.  I'm receiving them on the work phone.  Its a pain!

got this number on my cell same crap as everybody else

I got 3 calls this morning from this number while I was asleep, but they didn't leave me any message, so when I woke up I tried to text them but it said my text could not be sent. I decided to call them to see who the heck it was but then it said the number was no longer in use.

I got a call this morning too
