Said it was royal alex hosptial on id. No sure number if you phone back. seems to be a way to answer some other caller id.

This number keeps calling me for some unknown reason

Call display says call from Royal alexander Hospital.  Message is automated and from NCN asking you to call them back regarding an urgent matter and gives you a toll free number.  I called back to the number from the display and got the message that this number is not in service.  How can they do this is my question!
