This number called my friends saying its me, who has this number?

its a skype call

Calls everyday during weird hours, call back and it says the number you jave dialed is not assigned please check the number and dial again or something, and when it leaves a message its leaves a robot sound .

received a call from this # 9:30 am Labour Day from a heavily accented(possibily Indian) talking about power bills.  Eventually I hung up impossible to understand.

If you have gmail you can use this number!!!

got call from this number two nights in a row at around 2:00am....   very annoying, the first night when i picked up, the other side hang up.   the second night i tried to ignore, and it call several times, at last i pick up, it hang up again.   later i have to unhook the line.
