Received call & hangs up! Directly before I was on facebook and I think my friends facebook was hacked. Could be a coincident but this is what was said:

I think someone hacked Troy Sponaugle Facebook or something is fishy!
Maybe you can find out more and inform Troy. I am an internet watchdog that helps others from becoming a victim and supporting corruption.

This is a scam. Someone hacked another person's Facebook account, is pretending to be them and is spamming their friends and family. Report them to Facebook and don't participate. This is most likely advance fee fraud. They will charge you money for the prize and send you nothing.
