Got a call from this number at about 11am. I ran out of the shower to answer. When I picked up it said I had won a free flight. So I pressed 1 to collect my free flight (duh! who wouldn't?!). They took down my credit number, SIN and stuff to verify who I was and protect my free flight. The weird thing is though when I got home and checked my on-line banking I noticed that my card was maxed out. When I looked to see who had taken it out, it definitely wasn't WestJet. So I got a free flight from someone, I only had to pay tax and sub fees and stuff like that. I'm not sure why they would pretend to be Westjet, I'd want to take credit for giving people free flights! So if you want a nice cuddle and to get bent over a barrel for a bit I would definitely recommend answering this call next time.

Never give your personal details (especially credit card details) to ANYONE who calls you cold (unsolicited). ?If it's your bank, they already have the details and it's nobody else's business!  Do not make it easy for these con artists to scam people.

Just received the call from (780) 664-2323No longer WestJet - Now Air Miles, 2000 mile reward, press 1.Pressed nothing........ wasted my time.WHO can we report this to and get it stopped?

I got this pre-recorded Westjet call too - claiming that I am a valued Westjet customer and all that garbage. ?It's obviously a scam, because I've never flown Westjet.  Ever.
