This call received Nov 13, 2008 was a survey for Alberta Health Services and University of Alberta funded by the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  It was attempting to determine the state of health of citizens in the Capital Health region, and took about 20 minutes to answer the survey.  I was comfortable that this was a legitimate survey, and they did not ask me to reveal anything to identify myself.

Please stop phoning me !!!!!!

They called me @ May 20 & 21, 2010, name display "U of A PRL".  I wasn't there to receive the call.
