This company is expensive and that is a nice way to put it.
An after hours service call to repair a furnace cost my friend $299.00 plus parts. It took this company 10 minutes to replace the failed part which my friend was billed another $404.00. The total bill came to $738.00 with GST.
This is the kicker.........at "Amre" supply in Edmonton, Alberta the same part " brand new retails for only $97.00. The other kicker.......... is that the part Spark supplied was a
"used part" and not "new". They told the 80 year-old owner of the home that they were saving her money by using a used part............Go figure?

I have a very strong opinion of this company but I will let you decide for yourself.

With the permission of the home owner, on her behalf, I will be speaking with the owner of Spark Heating.
