Wana know who called me from this number

4 missed calls in a 5 minute span (to my cell, while I'm at work).  I live in Ontario and was born 33 years ago in Alberta.  Don't even know anyone in Alberta.  Didn't leave a message.

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

Got a call from (780) 342-4118. It was with Alberta Health but it was not a bad phone call. It was just a call back about a referral for an appointment with a pediatrician for my daughter.

I received a call from (780) 342-4118 at 9:10 am this morning(Nov. 29th, 2013) on my cellphone. It shows up on my screen as a valid number yet when I return the call from my cell/landline, there is a recording saying this number is not in service. Ive noticed a lot of government entities with numbers that they can harass you from, but they cant man-up and receive return calls back. Cowardly and unprofessional.If anyone from said government entities want to discuss with me, they can call my cell...(780) 667-1976.
