They are a bit greedy nowadays, same thing happend to me, i went on holiday, used my phone for 2 minutes receiving calls and 2 minutes listtened to voice messages i even didnt check my email at all and today i received  £50

if you are using iphone it might make automatic calls to voice mail,

i openned a dispute with o2, they will investigate and lost likely they will loose a customer potential of £1000 bill for a year as well

This number is o2's voicemail number. if someone called you whilst you were overseas and it went to voicemail this is how you will get billed. If you look over your itemised bill you will notice that the calls are usually very short and not many people leave voicemails nowadays. They just listen for a few seconds to your voicemail message and hang upi but you will get charged for it
