Received a call from this number at 8:15AM....no one said anything when my husband picked up the phone.

Wonder if the "vacation" happened coincident with that big power issue in India a while back....?  But, yes, "They're Ba-a-a-ck!"  as the young lady said.More seriously, "Ann" is nowt but a scam, the free cruise behind the "survey" is either a hard-sell Time Share or simply a way to part you from your money by sending in a "small fee to claim your prize.."Here in Canada, I actually spoke to a CRTC official who took the time to respond to my complaint and tell me that there is nothing they can do when the call originates outside Canada. Similarly, the US FTC appears to be powerless, saying that although the calls appear to originate in Florida (as per the Canadian govt), they in fact are coming in to Florida from who-knows-where (Mombai? Beijing? Vladivostock? etc), making both governments essentially powerless to enforce their own rules as they currently exist.    Sigh...So, hang up, hang up, hang up and complain complain complain....  You Americans are in an election cycle- why not ask your wanna-be congressperson what THEIR plan is to deal with this menace? If nothing else, you may get some amusement from their answers.

They also use the number (778) 785-6244 . Same "campaing" to scam people

Didn't recognize number. I was waiting to hear a message on my answering machine.. No message. Hung up when I didn't answer. Dial tone.  Same number as a called received last night.

Got this call at 830pm - no one there when I answered.i called this number back and got a recording that said "you were called to participate in a survey, but the survey time has now expired".That was quick considering I called it 2 minutes after they called me.

7/19/12 - 5:38 pm MT -- Answered and no one was there.
