How do we get these people to stop?

I just got a call again today (sunday) and no message.

I called this number back and a recordin said they were a survey company.

Got a call from this number about an hour ago. I don't EVER pick up when it's a number I don't recognize. No message left. I can't believe it - calling on a SUNDAY!!! Do these people have no scruples or respect??? NOT!!! Guess that's TOO much to expect from these IDIOTS!!!
