got a call from (778) 785-4596 telling me in a recorded message that I'd just won 2600 travel dollars and that I should push 1 to claim them. I hung up but checked for this message on the web and found that other callers have had this same call only from an Alberta source. ?I too have added my cell phone number to the Canadian Do Not Call list but they've obviously found a way to circumvent this.

1-(778) 785-4596 called me, automated machine said "Because you are a TELUS valued customer we are giving you FREE 2700 TRAVEL points. To claim Press 1"

i'm not even a Telus customer. I didn't press one and it disconnected right away. Scammers, vamous away from me.

Got a call on Oct. 1st at 6 pm. Told me I won 2600 travel dollars and to press 1 for claim. I stayed on the line and got disconnected.

I'm on DNC list since last year. According to Canadian telemarketer rules this call is against the rules, regardless of whether you're on DNC list or not. i did not get a call from this number, I am no on a do not call list because do not call lists can be publicly viewed thats how these scammers get your number,
