I search this number with "Ownercell" and it said it was in Alberta land line near Edmonton.I hung up after 2 rings.

Called today doing election research.  Took 20 seconds before the voice came on. Said they were 'Canada Election Research', asked questions about Federal Liberal party and the BC election re: party leaders.  Sounds like it's the BC Liberal party they're doing research for, only asked 5 questions.

I also had dead air the first few times they called as I hung up too soon.  Per this site, I waited about 15 seconds, when they called next, which was today.  Just a survey on my opinion re politics.
