got a call from this number multiple times. Trued to return call it doesn't even ring

It's actually not weird at all. There is legally purchased software/apps available to "spoof" your outgoing phone number so that it can appear to be any number you want. It's not that tough; just ignore calls if you don't know the number--who's getting hurt here? Blocking won't work, because they won't use the same number to call you again.

Received call on my cell from 1-(778) 655-3556 at 9am. They did not leave a message. I'm in Vancouver.
