A couple every day. Assume it's related to 2013 BC Provincial election. Rings 4 times and hangs up without leaving a message.

This phone number calls me recently up to several times a day. I have call display and never answer it. The call shows as a message but whoever calls, just holds the line for several seconds and does not leave any message.Call display is a wonderful thing! If the call is legitimate, they can leave a message. But I do not answer calls by unknown callers.Vancouver, B.C.
