They just called me 10 mins ago and I let it go to voicemail so then I listened to the message and it was someone using the prankdial app or website to leave a recorded message and at the end it said you've been pranked by prank dial

Got missed call just before a +44 spam call about free cruise.Someone seems to be abusing this number to check whether phone numbers exist before spamming them from Skype-to-phone or something similar.
