Stop scaring people, and generalizing 705 calls. It is just an automated robo call to make sure your road side assistance has arrived. I got the call after USAA insurance called a tow for me. Automated voice asked if assistance arrived, press 1, which I did, then calls ends.

It's a dispatch center for roadside assistance. I work for a towing company and it calls us to dispatch calls out so They Must had a wrong number. That's why they would've called you twice as well.
