We are going with CH 7 and told them we could give them $10,000 or could have the SUV back OR lower payment by $50-$75 a mnth, and nope..So we paid cash for a auto with less miles and giving it back, and CH7 makes it so nothing cvan be done.

If they have the wrong number just call or write to them and tell them.  They are actually very nice.  I have had auto loans with them.
