This call is from Americredit Finacial services, (705) 876-3999 these people will NOT work anything out with you! We are going with CH 7 and told them we could give them $10,000 or could have the SUV back OR lower payment by $50-$75 a mnth, and nope..So we paid cash for a auto with less miles and giving it back, and CH7 makes it so nothing cvan be done.

If they have the wrong number just call or write to them and tell them. They are actually very nice. I have had auto loans with them.

They just called me for the 4th time today and I finally answered after ignoring the other ones and getting voicemails left for someone else. I told them they had the wrong number and they told me they would stop calling. Lets see how that goes....

If you get an address from them you can write them and tell them you do not want them to call..they have to stop after that. Also my cell carrier, Verizon allows me to block up to 6 numbers.It works very well.
