phone # on my cell phone, dont know this person

(705) 728-5200 is Distributel, they are a long distance dialing service people can sign up with and when they place a long distance call the dial the number (705) 728-5200. They will hear a dial tone
like when you press 9 to get an outside line on an office extension phone. They then dial your number
including the area code but without the 1 in front after which they hear thank you Distributel and then either a busy signal if your line is engaged or ringing... It is not a conspiracy or Telemarketing it is some one you know that lives far away so answer the phone. In the future when you call them, at long distance rates, once they know it's you, they can have you hang up and then they call you back for free on Distributel. It will help if you answer the phone though!...I'm just sayin

he called me saying his name was richard and he was from barry ont.   hes quite the guy , tell you that , has any one had  being stolen items after these calles after a pariod of time :/

got calls from this as well no luck...

I have received two calls from this number but i have no luck tracing it down.
