I answered the call and it was C.M.H.C when the bank forecloses on your house the get C.M.H.C to sue you for the balance owing.  

This number called me just now.  I said "hello, hello!" To which there was no answer.  I hung up.  

I called this # back because my cell phone keep on ringing everyday.... There was lady who was sssoooo rudeeeeeeeeeeeee, i told them to remove my cell# on their system and i have to charge them for the minutes that they used up on my cell......... And she said good luck with that!!!!!!!!!!!! Better business bereau -------where are you????

IT IS A COLLECTION AGENCY BY THE NAME OF ARO COLLECTIONS (ACCOUNTS DE RECOUIVEMENT DE OGILVIE)  IT IS OWNED BY MICHAEL OGILVIE AND ORIGINALLY A MONTREAL BASED OPERATIONTHEY ARE NOW THE LARGEST COLLECTION AGENCY IN CANADA AFTER BUYING OUT ANOTHER AGENCY BY THE NAME OF ARC - THEY LIKE TO USE INTIMIDATION AND SCARE TACTICS - EITHER OFFER TO PAY 50% OR LESS OF THE DEBT TO SETTLE OR IGNORE THEM, EVENTUALLY THEY GO AWAY, AND CONTRARY TO THEIR CLAIMS THEY DO NOT SUE ANYONE - I WORKED THERE ONCE!

They kept calling my cell over and over until I finally gave in and answered.  You could tell it was a telemarketer by the long pause and "click" until someone came on the line and asked for someone else (not me) so I hung up.
