Same received two calls from them today. 1 in the morning and again a missed call in the afternoon. No message.

Got a call from this number, picked up, nobody said anything, hung up after 3 seconds.

Same thing here, up to now 2 calls in the same day,

Believe that other commenter was right about this being related to a Rogers survey.  Was just dealing with Rogers admin yesterday.  The call came today and subsequently, I find a Rogers survey in my inbox today as well.  I missed the call altogether.
