Was fed up with this number calling me more than once per day, after 7pm, and on weekends.  

If you call the number back, it will have a recording that explains that it is a telemarketing company.  If you want your number removed (which you likely do if you're reading this), just wait for the option to do so at the end of the recorded message.  
I had to call four times, as the first three i got a busy signal.

Haven't picked up, but I called the number and was given a recording that it's from TRG Customer solutions, and they refer you to visit them online. They also give the option of entering your number to be taken off the call list. They're an outsourced call center, so I'm still not sure who they're calling on behalf of.

(647) 930-1192 keeps calling day and night. Most annoying and angry. How can I stop it.

I picked up the call the other day, its apparently a courtesy call from MBNA - I think to advise that they have been bought out by TD

PRG customer solutions.  calling me 3 times a day 7 days a week.  finally I found out you can call back this number and remove your phone# from their contact list.
