Where is the area that the phone number code is 647???

I tell them that in Canada if you win a prize, you don't pay anything, nor are you required to give and personal info.  The "Disney cruise" thing calls my cell phone weekly.  I never answer a number I don't recognize any more.

this just happened to me as well! I kept saying i didnt feel comfortable giving this information over the phone and he just kept repeating himself... very sketchy and took up a lot of my time!

Hi I just got the same call & I answered the call because I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada & 647 is one of our local area codes ( also 416 & 905 )

I got a all from this #  when I call back it doesn't respond .

Same here! I have no idea what they were saying and I keep asking them when I signed up for this sweepstake....and they never got to their point...so I looked their number up and this is what I found. Person gave name and ID too.Sounds so sketchy
