I was waiting for a call and answered without looking, the guy said his stuff and I told him I had already donated but would call the police to make sure they had gotten my donation.  He hung up very quickly & when I called back no one answered.

Yes, I got an 'anti bullying' call too...Wanted donations for something parents and teachers should ALREADY being teaching our children...They said they were from CPA (whatever that means...)

Answered the phone without noticing caller and it was our friend "Paul"  supposedly from Canadian Police Services.anti bullying campaign.Became verbally aggressive when I requested info by mail.  Continued to natter on about my donation  amount, $25,50  and so on.  He finally ended the call when I started to laugh at the entire incident. But, be wary of this individual. I can see that he could convince some individuals  to donate.
