Found that Ontario Window and Door called residence several times in the last two days, even though I am on the Do Not Call List.Found their listing in the Industry Canada website (via Google) and sent an email to the head of Industry Canada asking that their listing be dropped until they come into compliance with the Government's laws regarding telemarketing.

David, knowing that the marketing business is a 30 billion dollar a year industry is directly affected by the CRTc's DNCL and 100's of thousands of student jobs are affected by this DNCL does that affect you at all in thinking otherwise then just sitting on your computer and reporting companies that are trying to employ and pay taxes. Knowing that the world is in a rescetion. Think about it this way what if you were working as a marketing agent at a call center or a mail advertiser or whatever, is this DNCL worth loosing your job over that pays you 40K+ a year and makes sure you can keep your home? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! makes you think twice doesn't it.?

Just got this call. I am on the NDNC list and never ever deal with this company. Enough reason to file a complain to DNC. Call blocked as well. The thing is ..there's no reason/excuse to call if you've been told NO.
