They have a website. I recently email the VP and let him know about how his CSR's were performing 'business'... The VP's email addy is: richard @ ontariochoice.com
The email I sent him is as follows:

Greetings,
I have submitted an email through your website, complaining about your CSR's. I figured I would email you directly as well. I am wondering if you condone CSR's calling over and over a phone number that is registered on the National Do Not Call List? I also wonder if you would condone a CSR from calling again once they are notified that the company is being reported to the CRTC, for not adhering to the law?
I find it utterly disgusting wih how your CSR's have acted, particularly "Fred" and "Mike".
I do hope to hear back from you and I really hope that you were unaware until now of how your CSR's have been acting. However, if you simply google your company phone number you will see that I am not alone, and your company is getting a worse and worse opinion.

Good news, Ontario Choice Windows and Doors has been slapped with a $16,000 fine by the CRTC for its violations.

Found that Ontario Window and Door called residence several times in the last two days, even though I am on the Do Not Call List.Found their listing in the Industry Canada website (via Google) and sent an email to the head of Industry Canada asking that their listing be dropped until they come into compliance with the Government's laws regarding telemarketing.
