Same as everyone else here, these people just won't quit. Telemarketing must work or it wouldn't exist, I have no idea who it works on. Even if I were drowning and you call me selling lifeboats I wouldn't buy one over the phone. Phone service providers need to have a quick easy way to block specific callers, then this will end. But, as long as telemarketers keep paying their phone bills that will never happen.
