these persons always call I just receive new number and they call 4 or 5 time a day, I do not answer is very disturbing can't change my number have a rescue animal service and find it very bad manners for this to go on the way it does.

omg. this number keep calling me so many time a day since 7 am.....  i told him I never had any accounts or credit cards with RBC. but he keep asking me my birthday..... so annoying...

They are a collection agency. One of their customers is RBC Royal Bank of Canada. They never identify themselves as a collection agency. they always say they are calling from the entity they are trying to collect the money for. example: Good morning I'm calling from RBC.Then once you challenge them they will say they are calling on behalf of RBC.

These guys keep calling me.  They called my home number, asked for me and then said they were calling "on behalf of Royal Bank".  I asked her the Royal Bank Account number and she gave me some arbitrary number that isn't an account number or a credit card number.Now they keep calling my cell phone.  How they got the number, I don't know.I believe it's a collection agency and they use the "behalf of the Royal Bank" to get the info from you.  I called the Royal Bank, and they won't deal with the credit issue this company keeps calling about.  How can someone be calling on a company's behalf without the company knowing?

I have the same situation. the guy called my home asked for me. my mom gave him my cell #. more than a month. he keep calling my home and cell soooo many time per day. I told him never deal with RBC.  asked him how much I owe RBC. he keep saying to verify my birthday before tell me... also I dont know how they get my home number. bcos I never gave my phone number to anyone... any bank. only use cell all time
