We have been getting calls from this number as well. We had to get financing for a vehicle is how they got our phone number because it is an unlisted private phone number. They are very annoying, rude, obnoxius and sometimes they hang up when you do answer the phone, they won't leave a message on voicemail. I just want them off our back for good. I just did a report to the RCMP office in my area and they will be charged with harrassment. I will also be blocking their number.

They have been calling in the last 4 years and I talked to them 2 times that the person was my tenant and had left the country for almost 10 years! Now, I won't even bother them, I hope they show up at the door and I just call the police on them and stop these b.s.. Have a nice day!  Thanks for the messages from Consumer Bureau.

Have no idea who they are. And am always put on hold till there is a rep available and the music they use is awful gets under my skin like some evil entity.lol Seriously if they need to talk then the agent needs to be right there when they call not on hold. They don't get my business with that attitude.

I don't understand why a collection agency would be calling me, the phone isn't even in my name, and the person whose name it is in claimes bankruptcy 4-5 years ago, fricken idiots

Yes, CBV Collections is correct. It is beyond harassment now. I have set all my phones to ignore these vultures but it is still frickin' annoying!!! Infoguy above, true to his name, shared some really good information & even better advice on how to deal with these pricks. They are calling me over a $120 debt i cannot pay, & was wrongly stuck with. This is an absolute pittance for the corporation they are representing, and I've told them i can't, won't pay, and that they should take me to court. Of course, they won't go that far, as obviously anything court & lawyers would cost them would be much more than the amount they hope to collect. After all that, and ensuring their client destroyed my credit rating, they STILL need to call at least 5 or 6 times a day. This strikes me as more than a little spiteful. To these jack***es, it's more than a business, it's a mission to do as much damage as possible to the so-called 'deadbeats' like me who are down on their luck (not to mention wrongly tagged with the charges in the first place). it would make my day...no, YEAR to see someone really stick it to them somehow.
