Got a call, didn't answer - called back and the number's "not in service" - fake!! Scammer or foreign-based telemarketer.

no message I didn't answer, but when I called back it was a Rogers number - telemarketer since I do not have ANY Rogers services (and intend to keep it that way as I intensely dislike Rogers "service")
