This company doesn't care about rules and fines, to them its just the cost of doing business. The CRTC has caught them before.

In this decision, the CRTC imposes administrative monetary penalties totalling $6,000 on Aloplast Duke Windows & Doors Inc. for telemarketing telecommunications initiated on its behalf to consumers whose telecommunications numbers were registered on the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), and for initiating the telecommunications without having registered and having paid all applicable subscription fees to the National DNCL operator, in violation of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules."

Windows company using an auto dialer to sell it service. We are on the DNCL and they repeatly call us.

Message as placed on lnnte-dncl.gc.ca website:"Christine" (no ID#) called , and got right indignant when I asked if she knew what the DNC list was.  Asked to speak to her supervisor.  "John", the supervisor would not give his last name nor ID#, asked me for my phone number to "take me off the list"  I refused to give the #, since they are the ones that dialed.He also gave another number to contact them at (416) 663-7972 (called Duke Windows?).  Certainly not the # on the call display!Also said something that their "filtering does not always omit the DNC calls".  Right!!Seems like a robot dialer, waits to hear a voice, then a slight click, before a person comes on.

I keep getting calls almost nightly from this company. How/why does the CRTC noy put them out of business as we are on the Do Not Call List, have been doing this for years and are clearly operating in an unprofessional manner.
Our federal government keep funding CRTC DNCL, why? It's clearly disfunctional.

Aloplast has called me also LOL.

i did work with them and they were great, in workmenship and quality as well as service.
