This company doesn't care about rules and fines, to them its just the cost of doing business. The CRTC has caught them before.

In this decision, the CRTC imposes administrative monetary penalties totalling $6,000 on Aloplast Duke Windows & Doors Inc. for telemarketing telecommunications initiated on its behalf to consumers whose telecommunications numbers were registered on the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), and for initiating the telecommunications without having registered and having paid all applicable subscription fees to the National DNCL operator, in violation of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules."

Called today 8:11pm ... we are also on the national DNCL and the local business DNCL... no respect from these guys.

They have been charged by the CRTC once already.
Log a further complaint with the Do Not Call List / CRTC so they will be charged again.

Yes they called me tonight as well. Glad I wasn't around to get it.Next time they call: all you have to say is "TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALLING LIST" , and hang up.even if you are not on the  DNCL, they still have to take you off their list. If not, they can be charged.

Windows company using an auto dialer to sell it service. We are on the DNCL and they repeatly call us.

Aloplast is calling me repeatedly as well.
