I just commented above and meant to add that I received one call a day from this number since Jan 6...various different times

just got some paki after I place a long distance call to the states, asked him to give me someone who can speak english, he hesitated, I hung up

I received a call from Graham.  He offered me everything I wanted with Bell at an unbelievable price.  First of all, this company is Iristel Inc.  who has absolutely no affiliation with BELL.  If they answer BELL, they are illegally answering.  Bell wrote me back and advised that they have received numberous complaints about this company and this number.  DO NOT PROVIDE PRIVATE INFO!!They are currently under investigation.  I was told if I wanted to pursue this further to file a complaint with  www.phonebusters.com or www.recol.ca.

I have been receiving calls from this number for at least 1 or 2 years.  No one is ever there.  I just found that the area code 647 is registered in South Central Ontario (416).  Now I learn it's BELL!!!I had a new unlisted number activated today at 11:30AM to be exact - within 20 minutes this number has called again and hung up.  Twenty Minutes later it tried again.  WELL it all makes sense now!  COGECO here I come! Bye, Bye Bell!

This number has called now three times there has yet to be someone on the other end I hate these bastards and wish I had their home numbers*&^%$3's
