Scam. Harrassing someone I know with no outstanding collections.

Sooo... call the police...

ARO Collections they call everyday - 3 times a day looking for the person who had the the number before. They rude and demading to speak that person I keep telling them i am not that person and say that if they keep calling  i will call the police.

There just reading the phone book first intial then last name. Im buying a house and doing rigid credit work and theres nothing there for them to call about .. after 6 years all bad credit leaves your history

Calls me at all hours. When I answer they ask for someone else and before I have a chance to tell them that person is no longer at this number they hang up! Very rude and unprofessional.

They called said nothing and hung up googled the phone number to find this I know who ARO is my brother when I lived with him got phone calls from them all the time. I wanna know why they are calling me

Somehow they got my cellphone number into their system.
I get calls on the weekends when I am on call.
I've asked them to stop, but they haven't.
BTW - I am not the person they have on their file.
I'm guessing some brain dead employee put down the wrong phone number.
