Scam. Harrassing someone I know with no outstanding collections.

ARO Collections they call everyday - 3 times a day looking for the person who had the the number before. They rude and demading to speak that person I keep telling them i am not that person and say that if they keep calling  i will call the police.

purchased a Rolex 11 years ago and didn't pay the bill. so now these fools think they will collect? LOL , not gonna happen!

I have no debts, and am not the person they are looking for.

I have gotten several calls from these people who insist that I have a past due account. The problem is I have never had the credit they are saying they are collecting for. I called the company who supposedly referred my file to them...they have no record of my SIN number with them. I have been in contact with the credit bureau they say no such bill exists for my SIN number. So i call these RFO people back and relay to them that I have no account with the creditor they are "collecting" for, I informed them I had spoken to Equifax and that they didn't find the debt either. Finally they conceded and decided maybe they were calling the wrong person, and they promised to stop calling...They are still calling...I just stopped answering.

wtf!!!!!!!!! they call and nothing

Somehow they got my cellphone number into their system.I get calls on the weekends when I am on call.I've asked them to stop, but they haven't.BTW - I am not the person they have on their file.I'm guessing some brain dead employee put down the wrong phone number.
