call the CRTC.... they can fine $15,000 per call if they catch them. Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission (Gov't of Canada) 1 +1 866-580-3625. They will want as much as possible of the following... Company name, date and time of call, number if possible or not blocked. Good luck to you....we're trying too.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING FEW CALLS FROM THIS #(647) 723-3761 AND ALLWAYS THEY HANG UP ON ME NEXT TIME I AM CALLING THE COPS IF THIS DOSEN'T STOP i BELIEVE IS FROM A CELL PHONE

I have investigated this and have found this is not true. It isn't the number that identifies the caller. It is the extension. And I don't believe the extension is displayed on our phones when the calls come in.
