Well said. I don't understand all this about Pronerds scam. Let me tell you about my experience. My new system developed the notorious blue screen error within 3 months of purchase. All my business work came to a standstill. I searched for a solution to the problem when I learnt about this remote tech support firm located somewhere in Victoria.
