the call is from wind mobile. it's safe to pick up because it is a Toronto phone number. if you don't want them to continue calling, you should answer the phone and ask them to put you on a "do not call list ". ?ignoring the call will not stop them from calling you.

Hi!Re-boot your phone, watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnQHgpja7OUcall your service provider...this happened to me as well and I have good reason to suspect who is doing/did this.Once you answer the phone, an app is somehow installed and however does this has full access to your phone, address book, messages, etc.As far as I know, it is a service marketed for parents to spy on their children, but this must be illegal!

its not a sales call its usually them calling if you have been on the phone with customer service its an automated system that calls to get a review on their customer service

THIS IS NOT A WIND number...i just got off the phone with a Wind representative.They hack into the wind system, camouflage themselves in a WIND number and then hack you.How do I know? Many years ago, I testified against organized crime. This is how they hacked me as revenge. They got me pretty good. Hacked into my webcam and phone for years...you can imagine what they say and heard (nothing illegal).If this number called you and you answered it:**REBOOT YOUR PHONE**CALL WIND or YOUR PHONE PROVIDER*CALL THE POLICE...yes, I know that there is not much "they can do", lol, but we ALL must FLOOD them with calls so that they start to DO something about hacking...ATTENTION: 20 years ago, if you said someone had bugged your computer, phone, room, etc. they would have locked you up in the loonie bin and fed you risperidone. These days, however, if you do NOT believe that someone is listening in on you, your now the one they should give a head check to...I grew up with a book in my hand...reading and writing became a part of me...but there are some young people out there who pop out of the womb with a laptop tucked under their arm. They know computers like the back of their butt...Welcome to tech in 2015...
