Pause before they came on after I answered - my first clue.Asked for "Homeowner" in halting, heavily accented English - my second clueI told them to take me off their list whoever they were and hung up.I don't even bother to answer these calls usually, but the legitmate looking phone number got me.

Call received at 3:11 PM, when I answered they hung up. It baffles me why the phone companies can notget rid of these scam artists. Also the Fed. Gov't should be enacting better legislation to control unsolicted calls. It seems that the Gov't has not got the guts to get rid of them. The Do Not Call laws do not work.

Trying to sell a home security alarm. Told them I rent the house and hung up.

10 or more recent calls from this number. A nuisance.  I'd like to see them stopped.
