unknown reason for call - i pick up but no one is on the other end, hangs up after 20 seconds or so. every day for the past few days! so annoying! looked up the number and found it belongs to Iristel internet/phone

Anybody knows, to whom belongs that number? That's so annoying!

They have called me again this morning. The woman said she is calling from "no cost assessment rebates."  I have no idea what that is, so I asked her what did she want. She then said hello, hello, and then hung up. She did have an accent that may have been Jamaican. They have called me at least 5 times within the last week.  I don't know how to stop these calls. I am dealing with my husband who is not well, and I am not interested in these harassment calls.

This number has called my home 16 times since May 27.  Usually, if I answered, I would get dead air or a computerized voice would "goodbye".  Today, someone was actually there, a woman saying that this is the first time she has called me and that she's from some Eco energy or something.  She knew my last name and my address....trolling the white pages? Said I'm not interested. So annoying!  Does this border on harassment?
