Get calls with the same message "it is important that you contact us concerning your eligibility..." all the time on my home phone from places within the US, but today got one on my cell phone from Canada!!!  Have done all the right things, registered my numbers with donotcall registry, ignore the home calls, but now my cell has been infiltrated!!!  Why can't anyone do anything about this outfit???  It's always nearly the same script and voice!

Once you pick up, it is an automated message "Interested in lowering your credit card rate, press 1"I obviously know it is a scam, but I wanted to see what they were going to say. After I press 1, a real person answers the phone with "Card services". Does not mention the card type or any specifics. I introduce myself with a fake name and ask what card they were referring to. The person on the other line immediately hung up and now I cannot connect back with them.They are trying to fish for credit card numbers/exp dates from people. This HAS to be illegal.

Number called my phone. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I have good credit and only once credit card. Not sure how they got my number...

call from (647) 495-8902 shows as ontario canada. no one on the other end. can only assume some snake oil salesman on the other end probably trying to validate mine was a good number to sell to someone else.

Called the number back 4 times trying to figure out who called.  Got my at&t bill today and got 4 charges of .39 for each call.  Calling at&t today to find out why I was charged.
