Repeated calls from this number, callers do not leave a message. I called the number, it went to an Equinox answering service.

(647) 495-8030 called and asked for my name, address, Date of Birth, Social Insurance Number, and my Amex card number.  They will mail me my prize with a special bonus since I provided all of these personal info.  :)
