this number called my cell. i answered and said hello twice. the line hung up.

Calls numerous times daily, hangs up if I answer.

this number was on my caller ID at 1:44pm, I called it back and it said it wasn't in service or was disconnected.

I'm having continuous phone calls from various numbers.  Sometimes I receive phone calls every 1/2 hr.  When I pick it up, nobody is there. Nor any voice mail left.  Doing *69 gives me the number; looking it up on 411.ca tells me it's a landline: Call-Net Communications.  I think you folks are right.  Companies are contracting out this communications company to make sales calls on their behalf.  I did put my name on our National Do Not Call List. So now, companies are circumventing the process by having someone else call on their sales pitch behalf.  This is very annoying to say the least.  Legal action should be taken against Call-Net.

That site i looked at it and the number it says to use for contact does not work. I get these damn calls all the time with dead air and the just hang up and i 411'ed it and got the number you all are discussing and can't get through to the 1 +1 877-808-6611...any ideas?

Call-Net Communications - Landline. This is the parent company for Sprint Canada. I was able to locate this info through Yahoo.ca white pages
