Called the number back, it's telemarketing.  Tells you to leave a message if you'd like your number removed.

I get calls from this # 3 times a day on my pay as you go cell phone. Which cost $0.25 a minute and at this rate will cost me $270.00 a year ! How can I stop them calling me ? When I phone the # back they spill you a message saying please leave a message with your phone # and we will disconnect it from our list in 31 days, then at the end of the message ! It says sorry this mail box is full.

Have gotten many calls from this number, never leaves a message and never a sound when I answer it.  When I call it back, there is no ringing and no one answers just silence.  It's so stupid.
