I got the exact same thing yesterday and today

(647) 362-6789 called me and the exact same thing happened.

I called back and it says this is a recording to call you phone provider.  Number not in service.

I got the exact same thing yesterday and today (647) 362-6789 called me and the exact same thing happened. I called back and it says this is a recording to call you phone provider.  Number not in service.

The number appears on my Caller ID, with no one there to answer. I tried redailing just to see who this was, as it happened one too many times but the number is appearntly not in service.
