Pick up to dead silence but after yelling hello, get a recorded message:
"Hello!  Your number has been selected to receive Important Information about Debt Consolidation!"  

I hung up and phoned back, and after getting bounced around between messages saying no one was available and voice mail, finally got a voice mail tone.  Left a message for them, "Reporting this number to the Do Not Call List" and hung up.

It's a scam.  Don't even bother picking this one up.

got a call with this number, said hello 5 or 6 times no one answered, this is a pain in the {-ear}
