I'm on every Do Not Call registry or list known to mankind.  It was my understanding that if you had an account or a credit card with a company, you were caught in some godawful loophole and the do not call no longer applied to you.  Did I misunderstand?I also thought the same held true for charities.  If you had ever donated to a specific charity before, they could continue to call you until you specifically told them to remove your name from their list.Does anyone out there know anymore about these alleged loopholes?

Just got called. Guy asked for non-party resident. When advised no one by name he even apologized for the bother.Called the number and it had a recording extension 4108 is busy so leave a message. They did state in the message it was a marketing call.Not that it would do any good but left a message to take my number of their calling list or would persue matter further.

They keep calling at all hours, early morning, afternoon and hanging up when machine kicks in or when my spouse answers the phone. I am day-sleeper and this is getting very annoying. I don't have caller ID, I dialed *69 and got their number. I actually got an extension number when I re-dialed the number: #4108. I got a voice mail and told them to stop calling me. They have not identified themselves since they hang up.

Please Stop calling me ? I don't want you call again . I don't know what wrong this person. Just call me and hang up. Please stoopppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
