The number belongs to Google.  

If you make a call through Google Chat, it sometimes comes via this number.  So, anyone can use it and you might not know who it is.  I receive calls via this number from friends who live abroad.  The reason they use it is because it is free to make long distance calls using Google Chat.

Scamer wanting your credit card info. I got a call yesterday from them yesterday. They say they were calling from CIBC and I was selected as a winner of the trip and want my credit card # to confirm infomation....i just so happen to work for CIBC....but i would have knew it was a scam regardless, they're very unprofesional.

This person keeps calling me and staying that their name is my friends name... and my friend has a really unique name so really weird... we should report them to the authorities someone stop being a wussy and do it but we are too wussy 2 do it btw its a landlineF@<& this person

got a call from this number.Just picked up cause I thought it was somebody ffrom the office.Otherwise, I would 've sent them to voice mail. Bastards

SO IT'S A CRANK CALL?

So I was called around 12:48 am Eastern Time on June 4th 2010. And a guy starts yelling at me about being my neighbour and being annoyed with me taking newspaper from his porch, and threatening me that we're going to get it on (fight) and that he's coming to my front porch.

It scared me 'cause I don't talk to my male older neighbours and it was late.
