That number belongs to a guy by the name of "Sam Paker" from Bell & Solo trying to sell cell phone deals through Bell.

Are you certain of this information and if so, how?

Offered a free phone. Even though I said I didn't need anything, the guy identified himself as Gary kept going.

Phone rang - answered - automated voice said "goodbye" and disconnected.  Is this a telemarketer????Not paying any attention to the DO NOT CALL list.  How do we stop these calls?
