SAME thing JUST happened to me!So annoying, the guy was indian as well and very hard to understand... He asked me what home security we were with and I told him I wasn't willing to give out that info. He asked me my name and I told him I wasn't telling him. I asked to speak to someone else but he just kept talking - super hard to understand with the accent and lots of background noise.ALSO... when I was speaking the line was silent. Did this happen for the rest of you? Makes me thing I was being recorded.
