shows up as "SIP DIALER" and calls at least twice a day-have never answered though

I got 2 calls in 2 days.   i missed the first one but answered the second one.   the caller sounded like they were on a cell phone in their car and hung up within 2 or 3 seconds.   when i tried calling back i got an error "6 UT 1, the number you have reached is not in service".   i did a reverse lookup on the number and it came up as a Telus phone from East York.   Then i googled it and found this.

Called at 9:00pm local time. Also calls under the name SIP Dialler.

yes same to me show up as SIP DIALER but no massage . too many scam call every day from many different number

well, I just answered   what do you think you are sip dialer and a female voice got the giggle, tried to recover but couldnt and hung up   Yeah
