Received a call from this number at 09:42 on Sunday, December 2012.Caller asked for 'Master of the House' and went on to say: "Your PC has been infected ..." at which point I hung up. This type of scam has been reported fairly frequently in this area.The 'Call type' below doesn't have a category for this type of call so I have entered 'Unknown'. Should this type of call and the number be reported to the Police?

Air Duct Cleaning company, they say they are from my area, but didn't say what the area was, speaker was female with broken english, not a good telemarketer at all, after I heard her introduction, I said I wasn't interested in Air Duct Cleaning, and they immediately hung up on me.

Yes! Call and let Phonebusters know. They keep track of all these scams and try to pinpoint the originator as,believe it or not, many people fall for these scams and lose so much money, are victims or identity theft and sometimes worse.

just received phone call today Jan 02, 2013 at 5:39 EST.  Took a long time for person to connect on other end and sounded like a call type room.  hung up.
